We offer mental health support to help employees manage mental health and cultivate well-being. We provide 'train the trainer' for line managers, leadership teams and coaches to become ambassadors of The Now Step Method.
EMPLOYEE SUPPORT

3 MONTH FULLY SUPPORTED PACKAGE TO MANAGE MENTAL HEALTH AND WELLBEING.
8x 60 minute virtual sessions via zoom/teams
Daily support and accountability using The Now Step Method® portal.
Accessible through an app and will provide support and guidance for 3 months.

SUITABLE FOR LINE MANAGERS AND LEADERSHIP TEAMS.
4 Hour training program in-person or virtually via Zoom/Teams
How to support employees with mental health issues in a solution focused way
Educating them on the neuroscience, psychology and physiology of mental wellbeing.
Teaching them how to use solution focused questions.
Certificate on completion.
Can be delivered over a half day, 2 x 2 hour sessions or 4 x 1 hour sessions depending on workload and availability.
Program costs £1,000
Plus out of pocket expense and travel time for in-person training
